  1、洗淨宰殺好的泥鳅,汆水撈起。

  2、豆腐沖淨,切小塊。

  3、蔥和香菜洗淨,蔥切粒,香菜切段。

  4、熱鍋放3湯匙油,放入泥鳅兩面煎香,淋入料酒,倒入水和姜片,待燒開後倒入寬口瓦煲,放入豆腐,用中小火煮30分鐘,撒入蔥粒和香菜,下鹽和白胡椒粉調味即可品嘗。

  5、功效:補中益氣,補脾祛濕、益腎填精,利小便。
