  1、如果藕尖買回當天不吃,可放入清水中浸泡,隔兩天換次水,可保存一星期左右且鮮脆度不減。短時間保鮮的話,最簡單方法是用保鮮膜打包,放在冰箱冷藏。

  2、藕尖無好壞之分,任意長短粗細的均可,隻是要注意,盡量選購鮮嫩的品種。尖芽上若長出了小花,肯定是老的;用手一掐,水越多的越鮮嫩。
