1、在有的word版本中，是不能直接從掃描儀插入的，你可以先使用其他軟件把圖片存入機子，然後再插入保存的圖片。
2、自定義插入把勾選取消、重新安裝東芝掃描儀的驅動幾種方法都試試，按照該機的說明書檢查一下操作方法是否符合要求。勾選以後可能有影響。
