  練二頭肌向後拉伸時,我們要筆直站立,下身可以處于放松狀态,然後可以借助木棍或者其他棍棒類物品,将自己的右手臂上揚将手中的木棍放在自己後背處,然後左手從腰部繞到後背,抓住木棍下端,然後換左手拿木棍,右手去抓木棍即可。
