  1、主料:黑豆80克、熟黑芝麻10克、花生15克。

  2、輔料:水1200毫升。

  3、做法:

  (1)用料:黑豆80g,花生15g,熟黑芝麻10g,水1200ml。

  (2)黑豆花生洗淨,瀝幹水分,倒入豆漿機打漿桶,加入清水浸泡一夜。第二天清晨,裝上機頭,啟動打漿功能。待警示音起,豆漿機工作結束,斷電,取走機頭,倒出飲用。
