鮮香蘆筍卷怎麼做

  用料:蘆筍300克、新鮮豆腐皮2片、培根4片、鹽1/2茶匙、白芝麻适量;

  做法:

  1、蘆筍洗淨、瀝幹,從中間對半切成長段。新鮮豆腐皮用熱水洗淨、瀝幹。

  2、在豆腐皮和培根上分别整齊擺放蘆筍段,撒上少許鹽, 卷成卷(可借助牙簽固定) 。

  3、平底鍋内加油,中火燒熱至五成,放入蘆筍卷,用小火煎至外皮呈金黃色。再撒上白芝麻,裝盤即可。
