  1、主料:大蒜3頭。配料:香蔥末、黃油調料:蒜香調味醬、黑胡椒。

  2、大蒜将外面的厚皮去掉,留下裡面的嫩的表皮,将大蒜頂端切去約5mm,露出蒜肉。

  3、将大蒜放入烤盤中,磨上黑胡椒粉。

  4、再放上黃油和香蔥末。

  5、置入烤箱上火200度,下火230度,烤制15分鐘取出,食用時配上蒜香調味醬即可。
