  1、牛腩洗淨切塊。

  2、入鍋中放入冷水汆水。

  3、用水把牛腩沖洗幹淨。

  4、青紅蘿蔔洗淨去皮切小塊。

  5、牛腩放入煲中加水,放入青紅蘿。

  6、土豆去皮切塊一起放入,姜片放入。

  7、用勺子拌勻,加入料酒。

  8、設定2小時,到時開蓋就能享用,提前10分鐘加入鹽。
