  1、雞胸脯肉2塊、西芹3根、北杏仁1小把、色拉油少許、食鹽1湯匙、料酒1湯匙、白糖2克、剁椒少許。

  2、雞胸脯肉切塊;杏仁烤熟放涼;芹菜切小塊。

  3、鍋裡放少許油,放入雞肉塊和料酒,炒到雞肉變白色。

  4、加入芹菜、老抽、鹽、糖,翻炒均勻。

  5、加入杏仁和剁辣椒,撥一撥就可以出鍋了。
