  1、首先将雞翅洗淨,在沸水中 汆燙,瀝幹,用鹽腌制2小時。

  2、然後将黃油放入鍋中融化,燒熱後 放入雞翅,平鋪在鍋中。要用小火将雞翅正反兩面煎至色澤金黃,然後将奶酪擦成碎末,均勻撒在雞翅上。

  3、奶酪完全變軟, 并浸入到完全熟爛的雞翅中,關 火裝盤即可。
