準備材料：南瓜一個，約一斤半，糯米粉一斤，白糖适量。
先将南瓜打皮去穰，切成小塊，上鍋蒸熟或者用微波爐蒸熟；将熟了的南瓜叉碎，涼透；将糯米粉和白糖撒進南瓜泥裡攪勻，以發硬為佳；取一團南瓜面用手心團勻按壓成餅；電餅铛打開倒油，油溫放南瓜餅，慢慢煎，一面發黃後翻過來煎，蓋鍋三四分鐘即可。
