  1、将長豆角(半斤),朝天椒(4個)切丁,撒上半勺食鹽,混好密封在玻璃瓶裡(蓋前用保鮮膜封口)。 常溫下5天即可做成酸豆角。

  2、雞肉用料酒腌制後,過鍋燒熟。大火燒油,放入蒜蓉和辣椒爆炒。加入酸豆角

  3、當豆角炒熟後,加雞肉。 最後老抽上色即可!
