砂鍋排骨蘿蔔湯的做法有哪些

  材料:白蘿蔔、排骨、香菇、蔥适量、姜适量、料酒适量、醋适量、鹽适量。

  做法:

  白蘿蔔洗淨去皮切片;排骨洗淨,焯水;鍋中加清水,放入蘿蔔,煮沸,倒去湯水,盛出蘿蔔;砂鍋中加水,放入排骨,姜片、蔥,中火炖半小時;放入香菇、白蘿蔔,料酒、醋、繼續中火炖半小時,加鹽;裝盤,撒蔥花即可。
