  1、主料:白蘿蔔1根,蔥10克。輔料:生抽1湯匙,鹽少許。

  2、白蘿蔔洗淨去皮。

  3、切厚片(約1.5cm)待用。

  4、鍋内放油,微熱後倒入蘿蔔略微翻炒。

  5、倒入适量清水大火煮開。

  6、加入生抽和鹽,轉小火慢炖。

  7、炖至蘿蔔熟透,呈半透明晶瑩狀。

  8、裝盤,撒上蔥花,完成。
