  1、砂鍋買回來後,先用清水洗幹淨,在清洗的同時注意檢查鍋身有無裂紋和損壞,發現有裂紋和損壞,盡量丢棄不用,防止在燒煮時發生危險。把砂鍋放在清水浸泡三至四個小時,讓鍋吸足水份。

  2、把砂鍋内加水至鈾面以上,蓋上蓋子燒水,把水燒開後讓其自然冷卻,讓砂鍋受熱和散熱均勻,以後再燒東西不會被激壞掉。并檢查是否漏水,有沒有裂縫,有裂紋沒有關系,隻要不是裂縫漏水就好。
