  1、蘑菇甜椒切厚片或塊,備用。

  2、生牛肉切粒,加生姜沫去腥,香菜沫,生抽,老抽,鹽,糖,澱粉,均适量,攪拌均勻,腌制十分鐘。

  3、熱鍋倒入油,腌制好的牛肉炒至變色,盛出備用。

  4、蘑菇用黃油煎炒後,加入甜椒大火翻炒,再加入牛肉炒勻,鹽适量,收汁。完成。
