  以下是炸蝗蟲的做法:

  1、将秋後滿籽的秋螞蚱,去掉翅膀、小腳、頭和内髒,洗幹淨 ,瀝水備用;

  2、将花生油倒入鍋中,燒到六七分熟;

  3、倒入洗淨的螞蚱,炸到金黃硬挺,瀝油撈起,放入盤中;

  4、加入食用鹽、蔥花 ,即可食用。
