  1、用料:剝皮魚半斤、辣椒粉适量 、胡椒粉适量、鹽适量、五十六度二鍋頭适量、花生油适量。

  2、剝皮魚清洗幹淨,瀝幹水分.加入鹽,五十六度二鍋頭腌制半小時。

  3、平底鍋花生油燒熱,加入剝皮魚,灑上辣椒粉,胡椒粉煎至金黃翻面。

  4、再灑上辣椒粉,胡椒粉煎至金黃裝碟即可。
