  1、将雞叉骨洗幹淨,放到鍋裡開水焯一遍,變白取出備用。

  2、姜切片,蔥切段。鍋内放油蔥爆鍋,加水放入雞叉骨,水剛剛超過雞叉骨即可。

  3、倒入醬油,放入糖,香葉,大料和鹽。等湯汁快沒了放入味素,用鏟刀拌勻就可以出鍋了。
