  1、主料;海蟹

  2、輔料:幹辣椒

  3、調料:鹽、白糖、蒜茸、雞精、澱粉、食用油

  4、将海蟹洗淨剁成塊,裹上澱粉;

  5、熱鍋放油,倒入海蟹、蒜茸炸至金黃色撈出蟹塊,蒜茸炸至金黃色撈出瀝油;

  6、鍋内留油,放入幹辣椒、蒜茸、鹽、白糖(鹽、糖的比例為1比5),加入雞精、蟹塊翻炒即可。
