  1、主料:鴨舌200克。調料:大蒜30克、咖喱20克、鹽4克、胡椒2克、味精2克、香油5克、醬油5克、醬油10克。

  2、鴨舌清洗幹淨,放沸水中焯透,撈出瀝幹水分;

  3、放入高湯,加入精鹽,上籠蒸熟;

  4、将大蒜剝皮後入石臼中舂茸,舂時可加入鹽、芝麻油;

  5、取小碗一隻将精鹽2克、胡椒2克、味精、蒜茸、芝麻油、鹹甜醬油調勻放在兩個小碟中随鴨舌一同上桌。
