  1、白蘿蔔500g、米醋120ml、白糖100g、花生油120ml。

  2、把白蘿蔔切成長條狀。

  3、将切好的蘿蔔放入容器中,放一層撒點白糖,放幾顆話梅,一層一層放好後腌2小時。

  4、2小時後蘿蔔腌出水。

  5、倒入白醋、生抽,密封好放置2天左右,等蘿蔔的辣味去掉酸甜脆蘿蔔就可以享用了。
