1、準備一個空的容器。
2、拿出牙膏來擠入一丢丢，不用擠太多。
3、然後倒入面粉或澱粉。
4、任意牌子的洗衣液适量，洗衣液比例跟牙膏1比1。
5、然後用勺子來攪拌均勻。攪拌的過程中如果太稀的話，可以再加入一些面粉。
6、但是不要加太多，少量多次來。
7、攪拌到成乳液狀态就可以了。
