  1、柴火醬100克,郫縣豆瓣醬80克,泡椒油(色拉油加泡椒末煉制而成,起上色、增香的作用)150克,香料粉(八角、花椒、桂皮、香葉、豆蔻等基礎香料混合打碎)10克。

  2、柴火醬的制作按奧爾良烤翅醬和蚝油按1:1的比較攪勻也可以。
