  1、黑魚切成厚實塊,蔥切段,姜切片。

  2、用鹽和白酒、生姜片将黑魚腌制兩個小時,鍋内倒油,将魚煎至兩面金黃。

  3、倒入黃酒、加入清水、生姜和小蔥,蓋上蓋大火燒。

  4、燒開後撇清浮沫轉小火炖40分鐘,打開加入鹽調味後即可出鍋。
