  1、選食材:取好的芭蕉花,把芭蕉花剝開取鮮嫩的花心,花瓣,切小粒,抓鹽把芭蕉花的漿液全部捏出。

  2、抓完後會變黑色,盡量都抓時間長時間這不會澀,口感更加,抓鹽後泡水洗淨。

  3、把水分抓幹後就可以爆炒了,一定要大火爆炒熟即可出鍋。
