1、主料：面筋一塊。輔料：麻辣火鍋底料2勺；麻椒粉适量；鹽适量；辣椒醬适量；芝麻醬适量。
2、準備好辣椒醬，可以任意選擇自己喜歡的辣椒醬。
3、一塊面筋切長方形大塊。
4、鍋内适量開水，兩勺麻辣火鍋底料，适量鹽。麻椒粉适量。
5、開鍋，面筋放入煮幾分鐘。
6、撈出，上面刷上一層辣椒醬。
7、再刷上一層芝麻醬即可。
