  1、食材:面粉500g、牛奶50ml、酵母5g、油100ml。

  2、牛奶加熱,把酵母放牛奶裡融化,和面粉攪成面團。

  3、一點點加油直到把面和到表面光華。醒發。

  4、面醒好了,在面闆上抹一層油,揉面。

  5、把面團分成小劑,壓成長條,在中間劃兩道。

  6、鍋裡加油,等由熱把面餅放進去,炸到金黃色就好了。
