1、選擇優質的草莓，洗淨并瀝幹水分，備用。
2、把瀝幹水的草莓切開成大小均勻的草莓塊，備用。
3、把切好的草莓塊平鋪在冷凍盤上，不要将草莓堆在一起，防止産生悶熱，損壞草莓。
4、把冷凍盤中的草莓塊放入零下四十度的冷庫中，冰凍24小時。
5、冰凍二十四小時之後，将冷凍的草莓塊從冷庫中取出，放入真空冷凍幹燥機，幹燥草莓塊上的冰凍濕碴。
6、取出幹燥後的草莓凍幹，凍幹草莓就做好了。
