洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、西紅柿、芹菜50克、甜玉米50克、青筍等食材。

洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、西紅柿、芹菜、青筍洗淨後切塊,鍋中倒入一點點油,然後放入西紅柿塊和洋蔥塊。

倒入足量的清水,放入胡蘿蔔、芹菜、甜玉米、青筍,臨時出鍋時放入剩餘一小部分的西紅柿,撒上鹽和白胡椒粉,攪勻後即可食用。
