  1、蝦去頭去殼,清除蝦線,洗淨後切成小塊,韭菜切末,将面和好。

  2、炒鍋燒熱,放食用油将肉餡炒熟,撈出放涼。與韭菜、姜末、鹽、生抽攪勻。

  3、做好面皮,将餡、蝦段包入。等水燒開放入餃子煮8-10分鐘,至餃子完全漂起即可。
