涼拌的豆幹是怎麼做出來的(涼拌豆幹可清淡可麻辣)1

材料:

薄豆幹2張、香菜、蒜3瓣、姜1小塊、油辣子、麻油、花椒油、白糖少許、味精少許、味極鮮醬油

做法:

1.豆幹片用溫開水清洗兩遍,洗淨切絲;

2.香菜切小段,可以再細一點,姜蒜切末

3.将切好的豆幹絲裝入碗中加入味極鮮醬油2勺、油辣子海椒3勺、姜蒜末、白糖1小勺、麻油1勺、花椒油1勺、香菜

4.攪拌均勻裝盤就可以了,

溫馨提示:一定要油辣子海椒,味道正宗,自己做都可以的,紅油要多一點。紅油不辣。感随味道炒雞贊噢,簡單又容易上手,特别是吃稀飯超下飯
