酸菜炒豬肚

原料:水煮豬肚、酸菜。

配料:油5克、白糖5克、老抽5克、蒜蓉、蔥花、指天椒适量。

做法:豬肚按豬肚洗與煮的方法煮好,切片,酸菜切碎;鍋燒熱,倒油燒熱,倒入蒜蓉、蔥花、指天椒爆香;加入酸菜炒幹,加白糖繼續,使酸菜充分吸收糖味,不會太酸;倒入豬肚翻炒,加入老抽,上色入味後取出。
