芥蘭炒臘肉怎麼做

芥蘭洗淨切段，臘肉切薄片。
鍋内熱油将臘肉稍爆出油，放入芥蘭炒至五成熟時加入姜汁、白酒、鹽、糖，炒至九成熟後加入醬油炒熟即可上碟。
