材料:鮮帶子半打,豆豉20粒,蒜頭5顆。

做法:将帶子去半邊殼,用刷子洗淨,蒜頭,豆豉洗淨後剁碎,加入1茶匙鹽攪勻。将攪勻的豆豉蒜泥鋪在帶子上,大火清蒸5分鐘,在鍋裡煮滾2湯匙滾油,趁熱澆入帶子上,灑上蔥花即可。
