紅螺肉切成小塊,用姜酒水焯一下,用鹽、糖、酒、姜粉腌制。

蘿蔔纓擰幹水切小段,白鍋燒熱,放進去炒幹水,倒油,爆姜、蒜、辣椒末,加糖、鹽炒,翻炒均勻。

另起鍋,燒熱,倒油,油八成熱的時候把螺肉倒進去,爆炒幾下,倒入蘿蔔纓,炒均勻,調味,加一點蚝油,焖兩分鐘出鍋。
