  1、将五花肉皮上的毛刮幹淨,以免影響口感。将五花肉焯水,減少油膩感。

  2、竹筍切塊,焯水。平底鍋放入五花肉,煎至金黃。

  3、将五花肉煎出來的油濾掉,可以用這豬油炒菜,加入姜、蒜片,炒出香味。

  4、加紅腐乳、生抽、料酒,翻炒至五花肉紅亮亮的色澤。

  5、加入冰糖加入沒過五花肉的水,煮沸後蓋上蓋子用小火焖15分鐘。
