炸紅棗的做法詳細步驟

  1、主料:棗(幹)250克。

  2、調料:澱粉(豌豆)50克,小麥面粉50克,植物油75克。

  3、将幹棗泡制回軟後去核,掰成兩瓣備用。

  4、将澱粉加面粉和水調成糊狀(成稠米湯狀),把大棗倒入糊中拌勻;炒鍋放油燒至六成熱時,下入棗炸至金黃色時撈出,待油溫升至七成熱時,将炸好的棗全部下入油中炸至金紅色時撈出,裝盤即可食用。
