  1、草魚處理幹淨,抹幹水份;

  2、切成約5-7CM厚的魚塊;

  3、調腌料,盤裡放鹽,生抽,少許老抽,姜絲,胡椒粉,米酒,白砂糖,和勻;

  4、倒入魚塊中,用手抓勻,入味;

  5、3小時以上,或用腌一晚,第二天即可用竹簽串挂起來晾曬;

  6、晾曬了一天一夜的魚幹,表面水份都幹了,繼續晾曬至全幹為止即可,需時約5天左右,視天氣情況而定!

  7、做好的魚幹用熱水稍為泡洗一下,然後入鍋蒸熟即可食用,配米飯很好吃,很下飯的啊!
