  1、材料:興國魚絲200克、荞頭1小把、酸菜5根

  2、調料:鹽、雞精、生抽。

  3、首先把荞頭1小把洗幹淨備用。

  4、魚絲煮熟、冷水沖涼備用。

  5、熱鍋下油燒熱炒香酸菜、荞頭,倒入魚絲,加鹽、生抽、雞精炒香即可。
