1、雞蛋打散，蔥切末。
2、榨菜根據喜歡的量添加，切成小碎丁。
3、把切好的蔥花和榨菜丁與蛋液混合，撒上少許鹽調味。
4、鍋中倒入少許橄榄油中火加熱。
5、放入雞蛋液，襯蛋液還沒有凝固的狀态下，用鏟子順時針和逆時針交錯滑散。就可以炒出細碎的雞蛋啦。
6、根據自己需要的大小炒出中意的雞蛋塊，雞蛋中包裹着榨菜丁，口感和味道都有提升。
