鹵制豬頭肉500g、大蒜5根、青椒8個、香菇2朵、生姜1小片、蒜2瓣、蒸魚豉油适量、食用油适量、五香粉适量、咖喱粉适量。

鹵制豬頭肉切成1~2mm的片狀,大蒜青椒洗淨,大蒜切段,青椒切絲,姜蒜切絲,香菇切片。鍋中放入食用油,放入姜蒜,大蒜,香菇炒香。接着放入青椒,和其他調味料炒制片刻,放下豬頭肉再炒一會兒就可以出鍋享用了。
