怎麼做燒烤土豆條

  1、土豆去皮切條,放水裡浸泡,投洗兩遍。

  2、泡好的土豆條濾幹水份,放燒烤料,辣椒面,耗油,生抽,鹽,食用油腌制。(時間長短自己掌握,有時間就盡量多腌制一會,會更入味,但過久土豆會變黑,所以半小時左右即可)

  3、烤箱提前預熱。将腌制好的土豆條倒進錫箔紙盒内,(腌好的土豆條會滲出些水份可倒掉)烤箱200度烤15分鐘,拿出來翻一下再重新放入烤箱繼續烤10分鐘。(時間長短可根據土豆的量适當延長過減少)
