  1.首先米粉加入面粉。

  2.再倒入水,白糖,酵母和泡打粉,(泡打粉選擇無鋁的)。

  3.攪拌均勻。

  4.模具事先塗油。

  5.将面糊倒入。

  6.醒發至表面有很多氣泡,并漲上一些。

  7.再蒸20分鐘左右即可。
