  1、材料:紫菜10張,山芹菜2株,碎牛肉2大匙,蔥1支,蒜泥1大匙,白芝麻1大匙。

  2、調料:麻油1大匙,醬油1大匙,糖小匙。

  3、蔥洗淨切段,山芹菜洗淨切3厘米段,碎牛肉和調料麻油1大匙,醬油,炒熟備用。

  4、紫菜以烤箱略烤過後撕碎成小片,先以麻油1大匙中的麻油拌勻,再加入的碎牛肉及其它材料及醬油1大匙,糖小匙充分拌勻即可食用。
