  1、原料:母雞或柴雞500克、黃芪20克、枸杞10克、姜片15克。

  2、調料:黃酒1大匙、白胡椒粉1/2小匙、鹽适量。

  3、母雞清理幹淨,洗淨瀝幹,剁成塊;

  4、雞塊入鍋中煮出浮沫;

  5、然後撈出雞塊,沖淨瀝幹;

  6、姜切成片。黃芪、枸杞都沖洗一下,瀝幹水分;

  7、雞塊、姜片、黃芪都放入砂鍋中,倒入适量清水。大火煮開後轉小火,慢慢炖至雞塊軟爛;

  8、倒入枸杞和适量鹽,關火。蓋上蓋子焖一小會兒,至枸杞漲大即可。
