  1、新鮮桃子洗淨,去皮去核,切成塊狀。

  2、涼開水中加入少量鹽,倒入盆中,浸泡桃子5分鐘,倒出淡鹽水,桃子放入鍋中,加冰糖和适量清水,剛剛浸過桃子即可。

  3、然後大火煮至沸騰,中小火再煮約20分鐘,湯汁粘稠即可。
