  1、洗幹淨豬血、香菜、大蒜子、生姜、小米椒切好。

  2、把油燒熱後加入豬血。

  3、加入生姜、大蒜子、小米椒翻炒至豬血表皮變色。

  4、加入水、鹽、生抽焖2分中,然後加入香菜翻炒。

  5、加入雞精起鍋。家常菜紅燒豬血就做好啦。
