  1、用料:雞蛋1個,西蘭花2小朵,蝦肉50g,三文魚肉20克,澱粉1勺。

  2、西蘭花2小朵,開水煮熟放涼。

  3、三文魚肉、蝦肉、雞蛋一個、西蘭花放進榨汁機打勻,不加水,接着打開蓋子加入1勺澱粉和一點點鹽,再次攪拌。

  4、用裱花袋把肉醬擠到模具盒裡,蓋上蓋子,蒸15min即可。

  5、然後涼了再慢慢拿出香腸。
