  1、制作方法是:首先準備好青菜,洗淨,放入鍋内煮熟,在煮的過程中要掌握好火候,不能煮得太熟,也不能煮得太生,以掐得動為宜。

  2、趁熱把煮好的菜放入缸中,加入酸湯引子,過2到3天撈出晾幹,剩下的酸湯留下備用,晾幹後從竿上卸下,放入銻鍋内加入留下的酸湯去煮,喜歡酸一點就多煮一會,不喜歡就少煮一會。煮好後再取出晾幹即可食用。
